The Ridge

This new 5 story and 68 unit all residential building filled a void in the urban fabric of Evanston by replacing an underutilized parking lot with a boutique residential luxury rental building. Consisting of studios, one and two bedroom units, the building offers an option for everyone from students to empty nesters. Originally targeting LEED Silver the team was able to achieve LEED Gold through simple but thoughtful sustainability concepts implemented into the building design.
