The Maeve on Madison

This new 5 story and 42 unit all residential building filled a void on Madison Street in Oak Park by replacing an underutilized single story aging commercial building with a boutique residential luxury rental building. Consisting of one and two bedroom units, the building offers an option for everyone from young professionals to empty nesters. Originally targeting LEED Silver the team was able to achieve LEED Gold through simple but thoughtful sustainability concepts implemented into the building design.
