Addison Residences

Located on the North side of Chicago, this 2-unit condominium building took advantage of expanding development in the surrounding area. The building offers two luxurious units, both duplexes and with direct access to the street. The design aims to build upon the surrounding context by using a traditional material palette of brick and stone. However, a darker brick color as well as smooth limestone paneling to give the building clean edges and a modern aesthetic.
