The Erikson

Located on inner Lake Shore Drive, this project managed to creatively accommodate 36 dwelling units on a very long and narrow lot, while maximizing the very limited opportunities of it’s RM-5 district. Through many community group meetings, reviews with the Department of Planning due to its location within the Lake Front Protection area, as well as many adjustment requests by CDOT, this project was a successful addition to this historic streetscape.
