This townhome complex is home to six upscale units and utilizes a modular design in order to simply the building’s layout. The project is comprised of seven load bearing walls in between which are the dwelling units. Each unit is comprised of kitchen/living space, four bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and yard space off the rear of the building.
