The Montana

Constructed on the remaining land left over form the CTA train platform expansion, this small, oddly shaped and constrained site was carefully reimagined into this new four story eight unit building. Designed with students in mind, the 2 bedroom + 2 bathroom units are spacious, modern and all provided with hall access to the bathrooms, eliminating any hierarchy in bedroom.

Sound is mitigated through thoughtful layouts, solid masonry construction and quality insulation.
