Lakeview Residence

Overlooking the Chicago skyline, this renovation of an existing condo seeks to create a luxurious environment which uses the magnificent views as a focal point of design. All the major spaces in the unit have large, glazed openings to let the user to experience the city to its fullest extent as well as an unobstructed view of Lake Michigan to the east.  The use of a neutral palette allows for the views out to become points of emphasis in each room, as if they were pieces of artwork.
