Ashland and Adams

This new 4 story and 89 unit all residential building filled a void in the urban fabric of Chicago by replacing an underutilized parking lot with a boutique residential luxury rental building. Consisting of one and two bedroom units, the building offers an option for everyone from young professionals to empty nesters. A contemporary design of brick, stone, steel and glass this building complements the South Ashland streetscape nicely.
