Replacing a single story commercial building, this new construction mixed-use building, composed of a ground floor retail space (restaurant) and two floors of residential units (3 unit total) completes the streetscape along Halsted Street, south of Armitage, in Lincoln Park. Inspired by the architecture of its neighbors, this luxury apartment building is made of solid masonry and provides its tenants with generous outdoors space both on the East and West facades. A private elevator leads the residents to their floor, 2 dwellings on the 2nd floor and 1 large three bedroom unit on the top.

The ground floor is a restaurant, adding to the vibrant culinary experience of the Halsted-Armitage commercial district.
